Without You

As writes, she rights...

Each word that spills from the tip of her pen

Fills a void; created by the tears that melt

From her soul within.

As they made love, she cried...

Mourning the loss of herself in her love

All at once; she knew she’d always return to him,

Like a drug.

As she believed in him, he lied...

She thrust herself completely into the confines of trust

Swept up in a whirlwind of passion and lust.

When he fights, he bites...

Bitter are his words; so harsh with contempt

Yet still; she surrenders her heart to him

With full consent.

When she dies, his demise...

Will be certain to remind him of a love lost and true

You’ll die without me

Like I died without you.
