resistance

We gazed into each other's eyes;

You could see my longing,

It penetrates you

Your spirit cries..

Yet, you still

React by

wronging...

You take my

Ardor

By its

throat

And squeeze till

Screams

of desire

Escape;

I beg for your

Mercy,

I pray for your

Yearning,

But your

Love

Always seems to

Change shape..

We travel

On a journey

To old highs

And

New lows,

Emotionally

Damaged

Yet

My Zeal

Still

Grows.

Your

Abuse

Is a

Drug;

My

Poison

Of Choice,

I shriek

an outcry

Of desperate

Pleas;

You

Hear

Silence

in

Place

Of

My

Voice.

You

Walk hastily

To

Pastures

Of

Emerald

Green;

Crossing the

Fence

To

Discoveries

Unseen;

But there,

You found

The grass was

Withered

And

Parched;

It fails

To

Sustain

You,

So,

Back to me,

You marched...

When you

Returned,

Your

Delineation

of my

Beauty

Was

Altered;

You beseeched

My

Acceptance,

But your

Endeavor

Was

Faltered;

For,

Your absence

Had

Allowed me

To

Ascertain

Hidden

Youth;

A fountain

Of

Pulchritude,

A River

Of

Truth;

I'd unearthed

My

Exquisiteness,

Unlocked

Allure

From

Within;

Your

Typhlosis

Impeded you,

To your great

Chagrin;

And

I

Faded

Before you;

Evaporated

from your

View;

Your

Atmosphere

Now empty,

All that's left there

Is

You...

I've

Ascended

Into

Regions

Of

Ethereal

Existence..

If only

Your

Intellect

Had exceeded

Your

Resistance.
