I Don't Get You

The

Waves of the

Ocean

Caressed you

Betrothed you

On the shore

Stroked you

Subtly

From hip

To toe

You only

Wanted

More

The

Estuary

Beckoned you

To hug

Her rocks

And lay

Like a maelstrom

Pulled you

Deeper

Provoking your

Extended stay

Then

One by one

The

Geysers

Scream

Your

Core thoughts

Audibly

They

Emulate

The

Force

Of your

Erupting

Honesty

Admitting

That you

Need her

Like the

Marigolds

Crave

Rain

The very

Skin

Upon you

Begging;

Dying

To hear you

Explain

Why

It

Lately

Lives so

Lonely

Lacking

Her touch -

Where's her

Hand?

Memories

Only

She's gone

Please

Just help

It

Understand

Your

Soul

Once

Glowing

Now

Abandoned

The pathway's

Been

Destroyed

Body

Cherished then

Now

Stranded

In this

Agonizing

Void

Can't touch

Her love

Can't feel

Her eyes

Can't

Graze

The

Campos

Of

Her thighs

Can't

Remember

Even

What it's

Like

To

Wade in her

Cerulean

Skies

You

Traded

That life

For what

You have

From

A beach

To a grain

Of sand..

Who

Gathers

A world

Of

Euphoria

To hold

Just to

Let it

Slip

Out

Of

His

Hand??
